Terms & Conditions:

1. All bills are subject to the Telecommunication Service Charge (10%) + VAT 13% and billed at the current exchange rate on the day of billing.

2. The minimum contract period starts from the date of the creation of the subscription (and not on individual terminal activation date) and ends after the required number of months specified for the subscription iscomplete. Preferably, the creation of the subscription should be performed on the 1st day of the month.

3. You will be billed monthly in accordance with the terms of any contracts you sign if you decide not to use them in the middle of the month.

4. Customers who like to deactivate the subscription before completing the minimum-contact period will be charged an early termination fee equivalent to the subscription fees for the remainder of the contract.

Please inform us at least 30 days prior to the deactivation of the subscription.
