- All bills are subject to the Telecom Service Charge (11%)+VAT (13%) and billed at the current exchange rate on the day of billing.
- All bill increments are 20 seconds and 1 SMS. Customer care call is free.
- Balance notification is given in minutes and is done before each call and available by dialing 2888.
- Call forwarding to the mailbox is available, so does the call barring. Call details are not available. +1 access is not available.
- If the minutes are topped up before the expiry date, then the balance minutes will be carried forward. All balance will expire after the expiry date.
- The grace period is 9 days from the expiry date of the minutes. During this period user can’t send or receive calls. After this period the sim is deactivated. Reactivation is charged $300.
- If there are any changes in the rates from the Iridium, we will inform you within one month before implementation.
