Shared bandwidth Basis: Maximum bandwidth is 444kbps on best effort
- All rates above are subject to 13% Telecom Service Charge + 13% VAT; payable in Local currency which will be calculated using the exchange rate set by NRB on the day of billing.
- FUP (Fair usage Policy): After reaching the FUP the original bandwidth speed will be automatically throttled to the “throttle down bandwidth”.
- If the customer wishes to enjoy the speed of original bandwidth after reaching the FUP can purchase the DATA Bundles (5GB/10GB/30GB) over FUP.
- At the beginning of the billing period , the speed will be set to the original setting and the system start to monitor the usage against the FUP threshold.
- Unused allowance if any at the end of the month will not be carried forward to the next month.
- Plan downgrade fee if in the middle of the month -full monthly fee of the old plan +prorated monthly fee of the new plan will apply.
